Illinois Food Handler Training
TAP Series provides this ANSI-accredited online Food Handler Training course which is approved for use in the State of Illinois. The course and examination take approximately 1.5 – 2 hours to complete and on successful completion of the course, provides the trainee with a printable Food Handler Card.
This course uses state-of-the-art programming and can be used on all computers, tablets and smartphones, without the need for any other downloads.
Illinois Food Management Certification
Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification (FSSMC) aka Food Management Certification – is earned by completing an approved eight hour course with an Illinois approved instructor and passing a national exam accredited by the Conference for Food Protection which is valid for 5 years. The Illinois Department of Public Health requires that all food service establishments that prepare and serve food are required to have at least one food safety manager on site at all times. TAP Series is an approved by the State of Illinois for the 8 hour Illinois training course. The TAP Series Foodservice Food Safety Management course provides the necessary training to prepare employees for the Food Safety Manager exam. The course is 100% online, self-paced with videos, activities to enhance student learning, and practice exams.

Illinois Food Allergen Awareness Training
The course and examination take approximately 1 hour to complete and on successful completion of the course, provides the trainee with a printable certificate.

Sexual Harassment Training
TAP Series’ Illinois Employee Sexual Harassment Training teaches important sexual harassment laws, the legal definitions of harassment, and how to recognize and report sexual harassment. In one hour your employee has a valid certificate and in two hours your supervisor has a valid certificate.
