The Illinois Licensed Beverage Association (ILBA), the statewide retail beverage alcohol business trade association, is holding the 137th Annual ILBA Convention Business Meeting and Trade Show on September 10-12, 2023, in Rock Island, IL. The ILBA has a membership of over 1,200 taverns, restaurants, package stores, fraternal clubs, bowling centers, and golf courses.
