2019 Lobby Day

Date: Wednesday, March 20, 2019

Time: 9:00AM – 9:00PM

Location: President Abraham Lincoln Hotel – Springfield, IL

SCHEDULE

• We will meet at 9:00AM at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel to kick-off our free event. You will be provided with talking points on industry issues to discuss with legislative officials in the Capitol from 9:00AM – 5:00PM. You will visit the Capitol with other ILBA members and meet with your Representatives and Senators. If you need assistance, transportation will be provided to and from the Hotel and Capitol.
• At 12 noon there is also the opportunity to attend the ILBA Board Meeting and enjoy a lunch with the ILBA Board.
• Our day will conclude with a Legislative Reception that includes complimentary beverages and heavy appetizers at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel from 5:00PM – 9:00PM.
